As soon as I saw the HotSpring Jetsetter at Swindon I fell in love with it.  Alan Beazley pointed out all the advantages of choosing HotSpring and took a lot of trouble explaining how everything worked. I had looked at advertisements for many other hot tubs and we felt that we should look at a few others before making up our minds. None came anywhere near the Jetsetter! At the showroom Alan and Justin were extremely patient and understanding as we took our time sorting out an area in the garden for the tub. I was very worried that there would be no way of delivering the tub. It had to go through a narrow gate, around a tight corner and up two flights of steps to an upper patio! Alan assured us that the delivery team were good and would find a way around any problems.  The young man who came to inspect the site said that it wouldn’t be easy, but they would be able to overcome the difficulties and site it in our chosen area. The delivery day was very exciting, but I had no idea how difficult it was going to be for the men. Justin even came from the showroom to add extra muscle to force it up the steps. The men worked so hard and were absolutely superb. The chemical process sounded difficult but we were given careful instructions and we were assured that Alan or Justin would be there to help at any time if we needed them. This proved to be true when we were a bit unsure at the beginning. It soon became second nature and the tub takes very little looking after. The tub has now been part of our lives since last November and we have thoroughly enjoyed it, as have our great nieces and nephew! We have had no problems and whenever we go back to the showroom we are greeted as important friends and nothing is too much trouble.

Just a short note to say thank you.  We are a normal working class family and the idea of ever owning a hot tub seemed impossible. After much debate we purchased our Caspian; a decision we will never regret. Delivery of the hot tub looked to me to be a problem, but it went as smooth as silk. A team arrived at the time agreed, they craned the hot tub over my garage, installed and set it up, all within a few hours! My worries then were just beginning, I had no experience in adding vital chemicals to make the hot tub safe to use. No problem, the team spent another hour teaching me how the hot tub operated, how to add chemicals, and how to maintain it. Coupled with the fact that you have been very accessible and very helpful I found looking after the hot tub a breeze. Having your knowledge and advice at the end of the phone was a great comfort. We now enjoy using our Caspian almost every other day. The running costs are low, which has shown almost no difference in my electricity bill from last year, and the chemical cost over a year is negligible. My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing a Hotsprings Spa: DO IT, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
